Here is what Len and Fred say over at TouringPlans.com Note the numbers in red. that is the scale of crowds from 1-10, 10 being walk on heads crowded. Based on the amount of 4's(I have never seen a 3 or lower) this week looks prime. Have fun.

According to the DVC points charts, November 1-24 and 28-30 are 'Choice' season, their second slowest. November 25-27 is listed as 'Magic' season, their second busiest. Take it with a grain of salt, however, but in my opinion avoid the 25th - 27th at all costs.
We have gone to Disney the weekend before T'giving and it is a bit too busy for us. However we have also gone the week prior to T'giving and it is not busy at all. Now if we are going to Disney in Nov we make sure to be home before the Friday to T'giving.
The week that Thanksgiving fall on is a great week in part. The beginning of the week is really nice and it is great weather. As you get to Wednesday it starts to get busier and then Thursday and Friday get pretty busy. Saturday get very busy, but it is also when they make the changeover to the Christmas lighting. When we went, we left on that Saturday. That is the tough thing about that week for me. We just missed seeing Disney as it is decorated for Disney by a day. If you want to see the decorations, I suggest you plan your vacation time to go through Sunday. That would work out better to see the Christmas stuff better.
