“A Day at the Magic Kingdom Park” is a never-before-seen look at the park in miniature scale. The video is created from a series of photos snapped inside the Magic Kingdom Park. And the trick is tilt-shift photography.
It’s a sunrise-to-sunset story told without words. But the message is clear — celebrate.
Our celebration begins at the Magic Kingdom front gates and the Seven Seas Lagoon. The character train welcome and “Move It! Shake It! Celebrate It! are also featured.
Also, we captured some amazing images of our attractions and the “SpectroMagic” parade on one of the days it was running on Main Street, U.S.A.

This is actually a Tribute to Transportation. In the first 58 seconds, before you see any kind of ride you are shown no less than 10 different forms of transportation used on the Disney property to get you to and thru the Magic Kingdom. Auto, Feet, Tram, Ticket and Trans. Ferry Boat, Motor Launchboat, Motor Cruiser boat, Buses, Magic Kingdom Train, Monorail, and the Horse Drawn Trolley on Main Street. That covers most of the forms of tranportation throughout the world. Just something that stuck out to me.

There is a great interview with the creator of this video. And if I can quote an experpt from this interview, who by the way confirms the above: "TS: What was on your mind while putting this together?
DR: For me, it became as much a transportation story – the story of getting to the park and all the things that happen because that activity of parking your car and coming through the toll plaza. I had to think about what scenes have that kind of repetitive motion. It was a lot of fun and it’s different. For me it became a little bit of an escape."
