Officials in Walt Disney World said a suspicious device reported on a bus turned out to be an old prototype tire-pressure monitor.
Disney spokeswoman Andrea Finger said Monday a maintenance crew unfamiliar with the device, which was installed on a single bus in 1998, found the object on the bus Thursday and the Orange County Sheriff's Office send a bomb squad to investigate, the Orlando (Fla.) Sentinel reported Tuesday.
Finger said thousands of theme park visitors were stranded for hours Thursday as officials inspected the entire fleet of 300.

It was great that they were better safe than sorry, but still kind of odd that no one was familiar with that wireless tire pressure monitor.
