I can't say that I like ANY of the seafood in Disney. Part of it, I'm sure has to do with the fact that I live on the Jersey Shore currently and get Fresh seafood at will. I have never had anything at Disney that was better than what I can get at home, so I have avoided it.
we have tried the coral reef and fulton's crab house. the setting in coral reef is what we really like, the seafood was ok, nothing too exciting. fulton crab house on the other hand we found grossly overpriced (even by disney standards) with poor service and the same quality of food you would expect at a red lobster.

"You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality." ~ Walt Disney
Fulton's is probably the best restaurant for seafood. It is in Downtown Disney. If you are talking the dining plan, I don't think that is covered, but I may be wrong. Check that out. The Brown Derby has some seafood dishes as does Le Cellier I believe (usually something with salmon at least). That is all I can think of at the moment.

Depending on the time of year, the stone crab they have is really good. They buy it from the same supplier as Joe's Stone Crab in South Beach, which is the best stone crab you can get (not to be confused with Joe's Crab Shack - the chain). That is usually available in January-March only.
