Previously only available during dinner hours, Disney has recently added Fantasmic! lunch packages. The Fantasmic! Dining Packages guarantees you a seat for the show without waiting hours ahead of time.

Fantasmic! Dining Package guests will be directed to the Highlands gate 30 to 45 minutes prior to the the show for seating. The Highlands gate is located between the Beauty and the Beast theater and the Once Upon a Time store on Sunset Blvd. The sections reserved for Fantasmic Dining Package holders are the two on the right of the amphitheater.

On the Disney Dining Plan, the Brown Derby is two table service options, while Mama Melrose's and Hollywood & Vine are one.

Fantasmic Lunch Package:
The Hollywood Brown Derby (price range due to seasonal pricing)
Adults (ages 10 and up) = $50 - $58
Children (ages 3-9) = $13 - $19

Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano (price range due to seasonal pricing)
Adults (ages 10 and up) = $35 - $38
Children (ages 3-9) = $13

Hollywood & Vine (price range due to seasonal pricing)
Adults (ages 10 and up) = $26 - $37
Children (ages 3 - 9) = $15 - $20

Great even less available seating for a show that gets to standing room quickly. I would rather better dining options in this park. I am not a fan of these options at all.

I'd have to agree with you on that. I've never used the Fantasmic! Dining package myself. Partly because I wasn't happy with the options, but also because I never felt the need, traveling during slow times like we do.
