Now that free dining has been announced and made available to Disney Visa holders and the general public, I'm sure you are no longer waiting for an answer
But, for future reference, I'd thought I'd post a few tips. Many people talk about getting "pin code" offers for % off a room or a special package deal, like free dining (during a time it's not offered to the public), and then everyone else wonders why some people get those offers and others don't. Well, of course we don't really know why - but I don't believe it is totally random. Some things others have reported having success with that you can do that might increase your chances of receiving a pin code offer are:
Register on the official Walt Disney World Website
Request a Disney planning DVD
Create an itinerary under "my disney vacation," and then delete it
Order customized park maps (free) from the "my disney vacation" section
Ask your travel agent to check if there is a pin code associated with your name in the Disney system
Price out a package on Disney's website, then navigate to another website. When you leave Disney's website, a pop up box will ask you why. Select any option.
If you get an email or postcard with a special offer, call your travel agent with the info and have them check the discount against any other special Disney might be offering.
Even with pin code offers, Disney does not allow you to stack discounts - you can only use one at a time.
Hope that's helpful!
