Has anybody eaten at The Wave lately? Get to make ADRs next week and still undecided about a few restaurants. I'd like to try The Wave, I think. DH will try most anything as long as "the plate doesn't come with a tiny piece of meat, 3 green beans, a curly-q squirt of some liquid, and a piece of parsley".

I skipped making reservations at the Wave. I looked over their menu and it didn't sound like my family's "thing";dh is willing to branch out occasionally, but he's usually a meat and potatos kind of guy. I really haven't heard a lot about it either way. the entrance looks very cool though.
Thanks for your opinions. Only a few more days til ADRs, and I just can't make up my mind. I've got free DDP, and so far have chosen Raglan Road, Cape May-bfast, Crystal Palace, Boma-bfast, and The Wave maybe. We've been to all the others so I was trying for something new with The Wave. We'll be getting into WDW late in the afternoon on that day, and none of the parks are open very late so I'm looking for a TS restaurant, preferably on the DDP, outside the parks. (Why do the parks close so early on a Friday night)? Any other suggestions will be helpful. Of course, we've been to Ohana's and Kona's, and love them both but just looking for a different one.
We ate there on Mother's Day. It was ok, we will not go out of our way to eat there again though. I would eat it again if ALL of my other choices were booked.
