My DH wants to try it.
Can anyone tell me about it? What are the best food choices? What are the best desserts? How about best drinks? And I don't mean soda
Is there a certain time of day or day of the week I should plan our ADR for, to take enjoy live entertainment?
We all ate at Raglan Road and the food was a varied my wife had the Sheppards Pie, although it was nice she thought it could have been better, me and the kids had the Fish & Chips and that was delicious, desserts we nice to can't remember what every one had but I had a raspberry "thing" and that was really nice, cant help on drinks sorry we all had soda.
Thanks Paul, that was very helpful. My DH's eyes just lit up at the words "raspberry thing" the man loves raspberries.... we could concievably build a meal around his need for a specific dessert
We love Raglan Road. The Guinness was poured perfectly! As for food, I forget what we had but I recall enjoying it. The music was great, the band was playing traditional, up beat Irish. Every once in a while, there was a step dancer that took a small stage in the center of the room.
I don't recall what day we went but the time was evening. I'd imagine that they would have larger crowds now since there is less to do at Downtown.

hehe My brother and I might be doing an Epcot crawl.. we'll see! I would probably be stumbling around by the time I am all the way around... So I'm just gonna get my San Mariner (or whatever it is) Slushie from France! It is Samantha Brown's favorite!
I am going to make a statement that may upset a few......I think Guinness is gross. There. I said it. I like beer, but that stuffholy cow....yuckola. And, yes, as with 90% of Americans, I have Irish relatives; they would probably disown me, but I had to say it.

Well I will have to go along with you there My husband can't stand Guinness no matter if cold or warm (yes some places in the UK & Ireland serves it warm), No Irish on my side nor hubby's.

What! dont like the black stuff? I am not irish in actual fact I cant stand the irish but I love Guiness!
Although not fans of Guiness, we do have several fans of rasberries in our family as well. Definitely would like more details on the "thing" dessert mentioned earlier. It looks like your trip is right around the corner can't wait to hear how it goes
