Should Disney have made Barbara Walters, Frank Gifford Disney Legends?

What were their qualifications to become Disney Legends?

Is it their affiliation with ABC? If so, then have them become ABC Legends. Not, Disney Legends.

I haven't read about this in detail yet, but I'm a little disappointed to hear it.

right there with you Arny! I mean what have they done for Disney? Other than being part of Disney by default, with the ABC affiliation.

Ok, so it's not just me wondering what Baba has done for Disney, I say no. If they do add them because of ABC, then anyone else 'owned' by Disney could be added on there even though they have done nothing for the mouse.

So, I guess that by the same premise we could have Chris Berman be a Disney Legend?

Sheesh....I'm glad I'm not the only one thinkin' that this is not a good thing.

I can think of others that worked for ABC Sports that should have gotten it before Frank Gifford like Jim McKay. But think it should only people from Disney not ABC or Espn etc.

I don't care for either of them, at all. So no way, let them be ABC's horrid legacy, keep Disney pure.

By the way, interesting to see the following about the award....

....so now how do you justify Walters and Gifford making it?
