Say cheese!

Well, I wanted to put out a note to hopefully get some help with a HUGE project that TheWDB will be working on for 2009. As some of you know, TheWDB Leadership team has been working on some ideas to make our site even better. And, one of the major projects for 2009 is to add customized pages to the WDBNetwork of sites. More specific information to come on this, but for now, we'd like to make sure that we have at least three "official" contributors in regards to the pictures we'll be using on the sites.

We will need pictures for updates to current attractions/shows/resorts, etc as well as pictures of 'works in progress' for new things added to the Disney parks around the world. These pictures will be used for the custom pages, news articles on TheWDB as well as some other miscellaneous uses. So, with a strategically placed watermark, the photographer can drum up some nice traffic to their site or maybe some e-mails from prospective clients looking to have some photography work done

Needless to say, I'd love to help any amateurs or those photographers just starting out or even any established photographers to get some "exposure" for their exposures to the more than 12,000 visitors to TheWDB on a monthly basis

So far we have a total of 3 folks dedicated to helping us with providing pictorial updates as well as allowing us to use their pics for our custom pages! Thank you to those of you that have agreed!

I'd like to have at least one more "West Coast" WDBer to assist with the Disneyland Resort and maybe some of our International WDBers (Greg, Paul or anyone else that has visited) can provide us with some pics from those Disney parks for us to use on the pages as well!

As we continue to put out the custom pages, I might start to ask for specific pictures of things from the past that maybe some of you might have access to. So, keep an eye out to help us develop the pages and continue to have TheWDB grow!

I just put together a quick list, but I know that I'm leaving off a person or two. Just wanted to communicate it out to make sure that we try and get a couple more helpers for Disneyland pics and another one for WDW. Also, we could use "nostalgic" pictures of shops/shows/attractions that are no longer around in all Disney parks.

I can't contribute (not close enough to the parks and no digital camera yet), but I just wanted to say that I am super excited about this!

Alright boys and girls! It's time to share some pics with us!

With our new ratings and reviews section that we are launching, we need to make sure that we have some very cool pictures to represent the resorts, attractions, etc. I want to start to develop each section separately and make sure that we have everything covered.

So, I'm looking for pictures from the Walt Disney World resort hotels. So, anything from the value resorts to the deluxe and DVC units....we need them pictures!

I'm going to need to have at least about 5 to 10 pictures for each of the resort reviews. So, I'm going to need pics of the main building exteriors, the feature/main pool areas, maybe some bus stops or surrounding foliage, etc. We'll keep track on this other thread that I'm starting to keep things organized a bit.
