Here's a video of the opening of the Polar Express Experience from last year, including some scenes of the overlay but not the ride itself. This attraction is a holiday overlay of Wild Arctic. It is open now until Jan. 4, 2009.

By the way, when folks sit down in that sorta smallish theater...it kinda looks like a simulator. What happens in that?

Also, the "Four For A Dollar" guys (Return 2 Zero) are appearing from Thursday to Monday now until January 4th. So, nice work by SeaWorld on getting them as well!

Yup, it is a motion simulator similar to that of Star Tours, same style cabin too, but they dress it up as the inside of a train. They do offer a bypass of the ride itself if you get motion sickness, they put you into another room and you watch the ride film so that you're not missing out, but not bouncing around and tossing up your lunch. Wild Arctic is ran the same way too, and has an arctic habitat after the ride that they also dress up to look like the North Pole. I have yet to see this in person, but it looks like a great addition to the parks!

What a neat concept! I think we'll have to watch the movie tonight! We recently add the 3D version of the movie to our collection but haven't seen it yet! I guess I'll have to take some Bonine to get me through it. That's my over the counter surefire vacation saver! I haven't ruined a trip to the park yet since I started using it to counter my motion-sickness problem!:re indeer:

Oh, so not only a walk-through experience, but it has a ride as well. Very cool! We might have to go to SeaWorld next year and check that and the rest of the park out!
