I think you should have an "invite a friend" button that pops up an email form from me to my friend, pre-populated with a "come join me at WDB" message and the URL.

An update on this one....we are waiting for some file edits to take place on a modification for this to be added

I can see us having this by the end of the weekend if all works out!

Well, I had some extra time to work on some things tonight and I was able to add the invitation system!

Here are some screen shots on how to invite your non-WDBer friends to join us here on TheWDBoards!

Here's what you do....

1. Click on "USER CP" on the blue navigation bar and you'll get the 'invitation' piece towards the top of the page. (See screen print #1)

2. Next, fill in your friend's e-mail, the body of the e-mail and then the security piece (to avoid this getting into the wrong hands

) must be filled out.

3. Once the invitation has been sent, you'll be brought back to the invitation screen again. Then, you can see at the bottom of the screen where the invite has been sent and the info on it. (See screen print # 2)

....that's it! You can monitor the invites you send out at the bottom there. Hope you all use this feature to help out with some more members to the WDB family!
