I wasn't sure where to put this thread, but I've garnered a good amount of Disney fans in a few weeks and figured I should make this ongoing documentary more available to you guys.

Also, because a lot of fans are either in confusion or set on an answer- Disney's anti semitic rumours are not entirely baseless. Pressure was being put on him and he was a product of his time- he had flaws in this regard. I get a little upset when people think I'm trying to tarnish Disneys reputation- I'm honestly not. I think the man is a masterful genius and I just want to show the more human sides of Disney. Epic Mickey is all about the Disney company showing a level of knowingness so it's extremely fitting.

In any case, I made this to both inform and entertain normal fans, I'm guessing most of you here are pretty hardcore fans and might be able to help shape my direction in the future. This is currently aimed at just normal, everyday people who would know Mickey Mouse but not the history of the company, and I've had great feedback so far and 22 new subscribers in as few as two weeks. I hope you like em too!

I want to say hi & welcome.

I read your post and sat and watched the video. I have to say I am a disney fan but I hate using that word so loosly. There is something about the company that I find my want to live, breath, sleep, eat and at least every other word out of my mouth is about Disney.

I find your article very interesting and thought provoking. Would love to have more in depth discussions to dig onto my own epic life to really find the heart & soul of what disney is.

No problem! I actually share a lot of your sentiments. I realised recently just how much Disney has taken my imagination by storm, and i'm lucky that I can still make conversation with people I know about it. This is partly what spurred me to analyse the situation, as I realised just how relevant Disney still is to most people. I plan to interview more people as we get closer to the other feature films, and a lot of people I spoke to took an interest in epic Mickey. If this properly reaches the public, it could be huge. Warren Spector is, to me, on the same level of genius and ingenuity, if a little more modest XD.

As you share your thoughts I truly believe that you willl find that there are us out here that will be happy to engage in discussion with you.

I am not sure how much you have been using the social network scene to chat w/ others, but that is a good outlet too.
