Hi everyone! Thought I would give you a quick update. It is about 8:25 AM on Saturday morning and registration begins at 9:15. It took me approximately 4 hours to get her from Pittsburgh, but it should have been a little less. The GPS took me off one exit too soon and I hit a lot of traffic. I arrived around four and we met at Perkins for dinner. I ate with fellow WDB members Terry (MML) and her husband, Sorceror (Lu) and her husband. Katherine (EvilQueen) and her family were also there, but there wasn't room at our table, so unfortunately we didn't sit together. After dinner we went to registration for the "Magic Before the Meet". We got a lanyard, a WDW Today bag with goodies, including the current issue of Orlando Attractions. We also got a AllEars.net coffee mug. I believe about 125 were registered for this event that went from 6:45-8:15. There were several door prizes. I didn't win anything, although they called the number before me.

Terry's husband, Steve won a AllEars.net hat. After the event was over, Mike Scopa and Mike Newell of WDW Today hosted a name that tune type game called Magic Tunes. There was a $5 donation for charity. This was a celebrity game featuring, Lou Mongella, Deb Wills, Steve Barrett, and Annette Owens (hopefully I spelled the names right). Lou Mongello was crowned the winner. The event will be held again today as a breakout session and guests will play. There will be 12 contestants. After the event Terry, Steve and I hung out for a while and then we called it a night. Hope you enjoyed this quick update. I didn't take any pictures last night, but will make up for it today. I will post pictures of the goody bag when I get home. Well, I am off to the Magic!! Hope to meet more people today. Wish you were here!

sound like a fun evening. Have been on WDW today all day in chat and watching on cam of MM. Saw Evil on cam and being interviewed by Mike Scopa.

Guys I posted the updated total for the money raised for the Dream Team in the WDW Radio podcast thread, make sure to go check it out. It is an amazing amount of money, and just goes to show what type of people "get it". Great Job to all who contributed!

Well, I thought I would do a quick post. It is Saturday night and the fun is almost over.

I will be attending a breakfast tomorrow. All I have to say is WOW! It is great to be surrounded by people that get "it"!

I added one quick picture, but I wasn't sure how to get it in the post. Check out the photo album called "Heather's pictures". I didn't get as many pictures as I would have liked, but hopefully some of our fellow WDB members did.

Unfortunately, there was little time to speak to him. I introduced myself and told him I was from Pittsburgh too! I got my picture and there was a line of people waiting, but maybe Katehrine was able to talk to him.
