Disney XD given the green light for a second season of its top-rated series, Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The basic cable channel series will return in spring 2011.

"Our viewers are rooting for Kick Buttowski, and we are eager to bring them more laughs and adventures as the pint-size daredevil faces bigger challenges, stunts and chases with his unstoppable determination," said Eric Coleman, senior vp original series at Disney Television Animation.

Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil debuted in February and became Disney XD's most-watched show, averaging 679,000 viewers.

I must say that I'm really surprised. From the beginning, I thought the show was dumb and that nobody would watch it. I guess I was wrong.
