I saw WALL-E on DVD last night, and also all the extras on the disk. Did anyone else watch the little documentary about sound design in WALL-E and older Disney movies? Fascinating stuff, especially all the contraptions they used to use to produce sound effects.

We just picked up WallE on Bluray,as well as the BluRay player. We haven't had a chance to watch all of the extras yet,so we'll make this one a priority. Thanks for the tip!

Did you purchase the single disc or the 3 disc? I think I want the 3 disc.

Actually I just got it on Netflix this time, I'll probably pick up the three disk version for Christmas

I got the 2 disc set. The 3 disc set has the digital download as the 3rd disc,which we don't need. Our problem is going to be which ones to get on Bluray and which on DVD! Any thoughts?

The DVD will look great in the Blu Ray player doesn't have to be a Bluray DVD. We just brought Blurays in the DVDs we really wanted on Blu ray. Husband didn't want any thing other than Pirates on Blu Ray from Disney but that is him lol And yes he is somewhat like his family but not as bad as his SIL lol

Haven't seen it yet, but I'm going to assume you're talking about the Foley artists, those guys have such a cool job playing around with stuff just to make it "sound" like something else for the screen.

Don't forget to check out he used Bluray discs at Suncoast and FYE. I saw some disney titles in among the other titles which surprised me! Since the Bluray will play both DVD's and Bluray we'll probably be choosy about what we buy on Bluray. The quality doesn't suffer that much IMHO. WallE is amazing on Bluray though!
